Delivery Information

We deliver to the UK and Europe. Each order goes to one address.

UK Delivery

Standard Delivery: Free
Delivered in 2 to 4 working days by Royal Mail or Evri.

Express Delivery: £3.99
Order by 12pm on a working day and we send it the same day by a tracked next day service. Orders after 12pm, at weekends or on bank holidays go out the next working day.

Please allow an extra day for the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and the islands.

Europe Delivery

Europe Delivery: £14.99, duties and taxes included
Delivered in 3 to 5 working days. All duties and import taxes are paid by us before your parcel leaves, so there is nothing extra to pay on arrival.
Minimum order for Europe is £75.

Other countries

We are not delivering outside the UK and Europe at the moment. If you would like to order from elsewhere, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

We cannot deliver to

P.O. Box addresses.

Delays

Delivery times are a guide. Niyama Essentials Ltd / SpaVed is not responsible for delays caused by the delivery company. Once your parcel has been delivered, it is your responsibility.
